Health At Every Size® (HAES) Principles and framework are a continuously evolving alternative to the weight-centered approach to treating clients and patients of all sizes. The Health At Every Size® Principles promote health equity, support ending weight discrimination, and improve access to quality healthcare regardless of size. It’s mission was simple: to reject the idea that weight, size, or BMI should be considered proxies for health.
Accept and respect the inherent diversity of body shapes and sizes and reject the idealizing or pathologizing of specific weights.
Support health policies that improve and equalize access to information and services, and personal practices that improve human well-being, including attention to individual physical, economic, social, spiritual, emotional, and other needs.
Promote flexible, individualized eating based on hunger, satiety, nutritional needs, and pleasure, rather than any externally regulated eating plan focused on weight control. Research suggests health improvement is possible without a focus on weight or weight loss.
Acknowledge our biases, and work to end weight discrimination, weight stigma, and weight bias. Provide information and services from an understanding that socio-economic status, race, gender, sexual orientation, age, and other identities impact weight stigma, and support environments that address these inequities.
Support physical activities that allow people of all sizes, abilities, and interests to engage in enjoyable movement, to the degree that they choose.

I am certified personal trainer, nutritionist and weight loss coach through ISSA. I understand the struggles of weight loss, as I use to weigh over 300lbs. Incorporating a nutritional and sustainable diet, combined with consistent exercise, I lost 150lbs naturally. Going through that journey I experienced many things, and gained insight that I now wish to share with others wanting to pursue their own journey to better health.
I believe everyone has the ability to achieve their own personal fitness goals, whether the focus be on weight loss, mental or physical well being. Accountability and support are the biggest factors in a successful journey, and these can be achieved with the help of an online health coach.
My online coaching program is designed to help clients better understand the nutritional side of fitness, build confidence and learn to love their bodies again!
The program has 3 main components that incorporate sustainable lifestyle changes rather than a quick fix.

Unlike other programs that restrict certain foods and focus only on weight loss, my signature program addresses both mind and body transformation with individualized programming that leads to long term success.
Flexible Macro nutrition plan
A flexible approach with no restricted foods, and customized based on client’s needs. Once you know there are no foods off limits, you become much more open to learning the nutritional side of fitness and discover you can have all the foods you love while still working towards your goal. Macro counting with flexibility at its best!
Individualized custom workout plans
Each client comes with a specific goal in mind and therefore workout programs can be very different. Some may be working out at home, while others are at the gym. A few might have the desire to do a competition, while others just want to regain their health and lose weight while gaining muscle. My goal is to design the best program to fit your needs, modify around injuries and and get the results you desire. Moving your body doesn’t have to be a prescribed workout plan either, maybe the goal is just to discover mobility and an overall sense of well-being. I focus on what best suits the client and their needs, and help create a plan for their own personalized success.
Mindset Coaching
Mind and body connection is important, and often left out in so many programs. Learning to have confidence in the body you're in right now, and learning to love your body for all that it can do is something I strive to teach one of my clients. Diet culture has programmed us to believe there is only one way a healthy body looks, and that’s simply not true. Healthy looks different for each person, and it is up to the individual to determine what works best for them. Focusing on non scale victories may be the goal for a client, and I work individually with each client to determine the best course of action. Not everyone pursues a journey to heath for a lower number on the scale, and I offer clients that option to help support them in whatever direction their heart desires.
