A flexible approach with no restricted foods, and customized based on client’s needs. Once you know there are no foods off limits, you become much more open to learning the nutritional side of fitness and discover you can have all the foods you love while still working towards your goal. Macro counting with flexibility at its best!
Working with me as your online macro coach, I will create a personalized macro plan for you. It's a flexible dieting approach, meaning you can eat whatever you want if it fits your macros. I won't create a prescribed meal plan; only a registered dietician can legally do that. I will make suggestions on which foods are better to consume, and which foods will help you reach your goals. I will provide you with a suggested grocery list, meal plan ideas, a macro cheat sheet, and protein ideas and recipes. You will also receive my Macro Tracking eBook for FREE!
Individualized custom workout plans
Each client comes with a specific goal in mind and therefore workout programs can be very different. Some may be working out at home, while others are at the gym. A few might have the desire to do a competition, while others just want to regain their health and lose weight while gaining muscle. My goal is to design the best program to fit your needs, modify around injuries and and get the results you desire. Moving your body doesn’t have to be a prescribed workout plan either, maybe the goal is just to discover mobility and an overall sense of well-being. I focus on what best suits the client and their needs, and help create a plan for their own personalized success. Being healthy is about living your best life in the body you are in today. Learning to move your body in any way and love the process is my goal for every client!
Mindset Coaching
Mind and body connection is important, and often left out in so many programs. Learning to have confidence in the body your in right now, and learning to love your body for all that it can do is something I strive to teach one of my clients. Diet culture has programmed us to believe there is only one way a healthy body looks, and that’s simply not true. Healthy looks different for each person, and it is up to the individual to determine what works best for them. Focusing on non scale victories may be the goal for a client, and I work individually with each client to determine the best course of action. Not everyone pursues a journey to heath for a lower number on the scale, and I offer clients that option to help support them in whatever direction their heart desires.
